Distribution policy

60L is as much an educational effort as it is an example of a working office building built on sustainability principles.

As such, we want to spread as much information as we can about how the building works, and how it was built, in the hope that others are inspired to take on the task of including environmental principles in their office designs.

The information contained on this site, and in downloadable files is intended to be helpful to all people interested in this type of building. Use it wisely, spread it around your friends, business associates and families.

Please do not alter the text or graphics, or use the material in any way that does not make it absolutely clear where it came from.

If you would like high quality images, we will be able to provide a CD-ROM of images for $A15, which covers our costs. Email us with specifications of what you want. The only restriction is that photos must be credited if used outside of our own materials.

Visits and photography

1. Visits to 60L

60L is a working building. We therefore have to meet the needs of the tenants first. This means the building is not available for public tours without prior arrangment.

Visitors are encouraged to the building and we can arrange guided tours that will highlight all the aspects of the building's design, operation and construction.

Tours are conducted in response to demand, usually towards the end of a day when working activity is beginning to lessen and tenants will be least disturbed. Email us to find out about visits.

To download a tour booking form, please click here.

Please respect the rights of our tenants and do not turn up unannounced. It can disturb people trying to go about their ordinary work.

2. Photography

We are proud of 60L and what the building has achieved. However, the same issue applies in respect to taking photos and videos as that outlined above under 'Visits to 60L'.

Namely, 60L is a working building with tenants who have a need to work undisturbed.

Therefore, we allow no photography within the building without the prior approval of the Building Manager's Office. Please respect this request if you are visitng 60L. For more information, email the Building Manager at gbp@60Lgreenbuilding.com
